Payments are made in stages. First the deposit is paid to reserve your plot and book a building 'slot'. 50% of the architects/planning fees need to be paid. Several payments are then made at more or less the same time; Purchase of the land; Solicitor, Notarty and remining Planning office / architect fees. Funds to cover the cost of foundations and structure to roof level. The next payment takes the house almost to completion, and the final payment is made on hand over of the keys. Prices shown included taxes and materials at the current rate. If the rates change, this will be reflected in the price. This procedure will be explained in more detail upon purchase, but if you want to know more before then, please ask. Architect fees and planning permission fees are combined but not included in the price. As normal in land and house purchasing in Greece all Notary, Solicitors, and land registry fees and purchase tax if applicabe are the responsibility of the buyer.
Reserving a plot and Villa is easy. We will accept a deposit of £5000 to our UK account. If you are unable to proceed or change you mind within 2 weeks we will return 100%. After 2 weeks we start paperwork and paying fees and no refund can be made. If you wish to forego the 2 weeks waiting period, a disclaimer is required, and the deposit will be non-refundable.
